If you want to solve a Rubik's Cube today, a solver app is the shortest path. You do not need to memorize the beginner method first. You only need to describe the cube accurately and follow the moves carefully.

Rubix Solver works by taking the colors on your real cube, converting them into a solver format, and returning a move sequence for that exact scramble.

Step 1: Pick the right cube size

Choose 3x3 for the standard Rubik's Cube. Choose 2x2 for a pocket cube. The input screen changes because a 3x3 has nine stickers per face and a 2x2 has four.

This matters because the solver expects a different number of stickers and a different way to understand orientation.

Step 2: Enter the stickers carefully

Move face by face. Do not rush this part. Most failed solves happen because one sticker was entered on the wrong face or one color count is off.

On a 3x3 cube, the center stickers define the color scheme. On a 2x2 cube, there are no centers, so consistent orientation is even more important.

Step 3: Tap solve

Once every sticker is entered, tap solve. If the app finds a problem, fix the color input first. If the cube is physically possible, the solver can return a move sequence.

If the app says the cube is unsolvable, do not panic. It usually means the sticker input needs another check.

Step 4: Follow the animation

Hold your real cube so it matches the preview. Then move one step at a time. If you lose orientation, pause before continuing. A correct solution can fail if the cube is turned in your hands between moves.
